Oak Harbor’s Community Service Day

 The park project was taking an old, run-down local park and making it a wonderful place for anyone to sit and enjoy. Taking it from where it was to what it is was a great feeling for all the Realtors® involved. We weeded, mowed, cut down brush and removed a large tree. When we were finished, we all sat and had lunch in the refurbished park. What a great day.

 Mayor Jim Slowik said in his thank you letter to the office, “Windermere Park is an attractive pocket park, enjoyed by citizens and visitors to this community, and we appreciate the contributions of your group for their civic improvement efforts within the city.”

 We are happy to contributer to our city, Mr. Mayor!
